Everyone was so sweet and nice! I haven't gotten my locs done since my wedding day in 2021, so I was needlessly nervous. These ladies did a most wonderful job on my retwist, definitely much better than I usually do myself! I look forward to coming back for them to retwist my locs again!!!!!! ♡☆♡☆♡☆

I loved the music they played, some singing! It really gave a comfortable, home-like vibe. It felt like part of me healed from missing when my mom would do my hair. My hair is sacred to me and they helped remind me of that. I glanced at the other styles they were doing, they are no joke!!!!!! If I ever stop locking my hair, I might have to finally try micro braids like I've always wanted as a girl.

Starter locs typically take 6 months to 2 years to fully mature, depending on hair texture, care routine, and the loc method used.

Passion twists combine curls and twists for a lightweight, bouncy, and bohemian look, while two-strand twists are a classic style using two sections of hair to create smooth, rope-like twists.

A loc detox removes buildup, dirt, and impurities from locs, leaving them lighter, healthier, and refreshed while improving scalp health and overall appearance.

Jumbo braids or twists can last 4 to 6 weeks with proper care, such as moisturizing the scalp, avoiding excessive tension, and protecting them while sleeping with a silk or satin scarf.
